Innovative inspection port with robust design

VETUS ILT120PL is designed for use in waste water tanks and freshwater tanks has an innovative port with flange-in-ring design which facilitates easy opening, inspecting and cleaning the tank, even after being closed for a long time. The inspection port has a counter flange and a rubber seal which are inserted into a Ø 159 mm hole in the tank. All that needs to be done is tighten the 4 supplied bolts which compresses the rubber seal to ensure perfect sealing.

Made entirely from high-grade plastic, the ILT120PL is developed to be sturdier - better resisting chlorine deposits - and functional - enabling an easy opening, inspection and cleaning of freshwater and wastewater tanks – even after long periods of being closed.

The “clamp and seal” design simplifies installation, making the drilling of a Ø 159 hole the hardest part in the installation! It doesn’t stop there however, because the sealing mechanism of the inspection lid (in the standard scope of supply) will put the pressure only on the outer rim, while not having to compensate for the friction when opening for inspection!

The Ilt120PL has a suitable inner diameter of  120 mm for cleaning and inspection of the lowest part(s) of the tank.” It does so while all connections can stay in place!

The black blind plate can be replaced by connection kits for water ILTCOND or for wastewater ILTCONW - both contains all nessesary connections
