Vetus Bullflex flexible coupling for Ø 2" shaft and up to 439hp at 2:1 gear reduction is specially designed to ensure optimal damping of vibrations and can handle misalignment of up to 2º.
Torsional vibrations are smoothed out extremely efficiently by its very flexible rubber element, ensuring low-noise and vibration-free transmission without backlash between the engine and propeller shaft.
Another strong characteristic is the excellent alignment of the propeller shaft.
This coupling also ensures that there is galvanic separation between engine and shaft.
