Vetus Bullflex flexible coupling for 35mm shaft and up to 230hp at 2:1 gear reduction is specially designed to ensure optimal damping of vibrations and can handle misalignment of up to 2º.
Torsional vibrations are smoothed out extremely efficiently by its very flexible rubber element, ensuring low-noise and vibration-free transmission without backlash between the engine and propeller shaft.
Another strong characteristic is the excellent alignment of the propeller shaft.
This coupling also ensures that there is galvanic separation between engine and shaft.

BullFlex with 4" and 5" flange and shaft diameter Ø35 mm
BullFlex recommendations at 3600 RPM:
- Gear 2:1 reduction and Ø35 mm shaft: Max 230 Hp
- Gear 2.5:1 reduction and Ø35 mm shaft: Max 184 Hp
